What this site collects
Nothing you type into a form is stored on this site. When you use a request form, the review page, or "Email documents," the site opens your own email app (or, on a CPA's personal page, your texting app if you choose Text). Your message and any files go directly from your device to the person you're contacting, and are handled by your email or phone provider.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a short period.
Files and sensitive information
Email isn't encrypted end to end. Please don't email Social Security numbers, bank or brokerage account numbers, or complete tax returns unless your CPA asks you to; ask us about a secure way to send sensitive documents. Erwin & Company protects the client information it receives under the professional and legal standards that apply to CPA firms.
Reviews
Google reviews are posted on Google and governed by Google's privacy policy. Private feedback sent from /review/ goes only to Erwin & Company.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't send marketing texts from this site.
- We don't ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers on this site.
